HaydensChat.com is intended to provide a safe, respectful, and
age-appropriate online community where teenagers can chat and interact.
By creating an account or using HaydensChat.com, you agree to follow
these Community Guidelines. These rules apply to public chat rooms,
private messages, usernames, profiles, profile pictures, images,
videos, links, and other content shared through HaydensChat.com.
Age Requirement:
HaydensChat.com is intended only for users between 13 and 19 years old.
Users outside the permitted age range may have their accounts removed.
1. Treat Everyone With Respect

No Bullying or Harassment:
Do not threaten, intimidate, insult, stalk, repeatedly target,
embarrass, humiliate, or harass another user.

No Hate Speech:
Do not attack, threaten, demean, or promote hatred against people
based on characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality,
religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other
protected characteristics.

No Threats:
Do not threaten violence, retaliation, property damage, or other
harmful conduct toward another person.
2. Keep HaydensChat.com Age-Appropriate

No Sexual or Explicit Content:
Do not post, request, send, upload, trade, or link to sexual,
sexually suggestive, nude, or otherwise explicit content.

No Sexual Requests or Roleplay:
Do not ask another user for sexual images, sexual messages, sexual
roleplay, or other inappropriate interactions.

No Grooming or Exploitation:
Grooming, coercion, manipulation, sexual exploitation, or attempts
to exploit a minor are strictly prohibited.

No Graphic Content:
Do not post disturbing, graphic, excessively violent, or otherwise
inappropriate images, videos, messages, or links.

No Inappropriate Links:
Do not share links to pornography, adult services, malware, scams,
phishing websites, or other unsafe or age-inappropriate material.
3. Protect Your Privacy and Safety

Do Not Share Sensitive Information:
Do not post your own or another person's home address, passwords,
financial information, private phone numbers, school schedule,
exact daily routine, or other information that could create a
safety risk.

No Doxxing:
Do not collect, publish, threaten to publish, or encourage others
to publish another person's private identifying information.

Protect Your Password:
Never give your HaydensChat.com password to another user.
HaydensChat.com staff should never need your account password.

Be Careful With Offline Meetings:
Do not pressure another user to meet in person or disclose their
precise location. Users should involve a parent, guardian, or other
trusted adult when dealing with online safety concerns.
4. Use Accurate Account Information

Use Your Real Age:
Users must provide their actual age when required by
HaydensChat.com.

Use Your Real Country of Residence:
Do not intentionally provide false location information when the
site asks for your country of residence.

No Impersonation:
Do not pretend to be another user, public figure, moderator,
administrator, or HaydensChat.com staff member.

No Account Sharing:
Do not share, sell, lend, or trade accounts with another person.
5. No Spam, Flooding, Trolling, or Cloning

No Spam:
Do not repeatedly post advertisements, unwanted links, scams,
promotional material, or repetitive messages.

No Flooding:
Do not rapidly post repeated text, emojis, symbols, images, or
other content in a way that disrupts the chat.

No Trolling:
Do not intentionally provoke arguments, disrupt conversations,
or repeatedly upset other users for amusement.

No Cloning:
Do not copy another user's username, profile, appearance, or
identity in a way designed to impersonate or confuse others.
6. Respect HaydensChat.com Staff
Moderators and administrators help enforce the rules and maintain a
safer community.

Follow reasonable instructions from authorized HaydensChat.com
moderators and administrators.

Do not impersonate, threaten, harass, or deliberately interfere
with staff members performing moderation duties.

If you believe a moderator has acted improperly, report the issue
to a higher-level administrator rather than starting a public
argument or retaliating.
7. Do Not Evade Moderation

No Ban Evasion:
Do not create additional accounts or use another person's account
to avoid a mute, restriction, suspension, or ban.

No Bypassing Filters:
Do not intentionally disguise prohibited words, links, images, or
other content to bypass moderation systems.

No Abuse of Reports:
Do not intentionally submit false or malicious reports against
other users.
8. No Unauthorized Access or Attacks

No Account Access Attempts:
Do not attempt to access another user's account without
authorization.

No Security Bypass:
Do not attempt to bypass authentication, account restrictions,
moderation systems, bans, or security protections.

No Attacks on HaydensChat.com:
Do not intentionally damage, overload, exploit, probe, disrupt,
or interfere with HaydensChat.com servers, databases, networks,
or website features.
9. Illegal or Dangerous Activity

No Illegal Activity:
Do not use HaydensChat.com to organize, encourage, facilitate,
advertise, or promote illegal activity.

No Dangerous Challenges or Conduct:
Do not encourage other users to participate in dangerous behavior
that could reasonably lead to injury or serious harm.

No Scams or Fraud:
Do not deceive users for money, passwords, accounts, personal
information, property, or other benefits.
10. Reporting Safety Concerns
If another user makes you uncomfortable, pressures you for personal
information, sends inappropriate content, threatens you, or violates
these guidelines, use HaydensChat.com's reporting tools or contact
site staff.
Serious online safety concerns should also be shared with a parent,
guardian, school official, or another trusted adult.
Do not retaliate against someone for making a good-faith report.
Knowingly making false or malicious reports may result in moderation
action.
11. Moderation and Enforcement
HaydensChat.com may review reported activity and take reasonable
action when these Community Guidelines, the Terms of Service, or other
site rules are violated.
Moderation actions may include:
- Warnings
- Message or content removal
- Temporary mutes
- Chat-room restrictions
- Temporary account suspensions
- Removal of inappropriate profile content
- Permanent account bans
- Other safety measures reasonably necessary to protect users
Serious violations may result in immediate suspension or termination
without a prior warning.
12. Changes to These Guidelines
HaydensChat.com may update these Community Guidelines when necessary
to address changes to the website, community, safety practices, or
applicable requirements.
The date displayed at the top of this page identifies when these
guidelines were most recently updated.
